Yesterday, I got off the phone with a close friend, Greg Johnson, who lead me to this 68-69 "classyshots.com" guest book. Thanks everyone for sharing your stories. Collectively, we share one another experiences. About 3 months ago, on the morning of 19 July 2011, my dear twin brother, Bob Traphagen, transitioned. He would have loved knowing about this web site. And so, through me, he transcends his love and joy to us all; like the Eagle "Soaring into the Spirit of Wind" 7 July 2011, DVD. After moving to Portland,
Oregon in 1976, I remained living in the Pacific Northwest ever since. In 1983,I married an artist,
Andrea (Baker) Traphagen, and we both retired from public service recently. Together, we revere our life on the Washington Coast, enjoying its abundant flora and wildlife amongst "The Cedar Giants" with its brave black bear and its gentle deer. Prior to the last 15 years as a metro bus operator in the Portland area, I was blessed with a long exciting career in event productions. It has been and will continue to be a wonderful sojourn. Peace - Love - Joy - Enlightenment to us all.

 Wow. Where has the time gone? We've lived in Bellingham Washington for 32 years! And, yesterday, my husband Chuck and I celebrated our 41st Wedding Anniversary!!! We have two grown sons (& 2 daughter-in-laws) and four granddaughters (all live near by). Talk about fun! Of the 5 kids in the Sherwin family, twin Jan and one sister moved to Bellingham, and one sister to Seattle over the years. Mom and Dad moved here after 911 (felt too far away during bad times), and our brother Bob (1969 Katella Grad) lives in Utah. Sorry I've missed the reunions...I WILL be at the next one no matter what! ;>

and i in your prayers. This is my new em address.

After earning my BA in journalism at CSUF, I worked for a few years as city editor of semi-weekly newspapers in Buena Park and Bellflower. I moved to Portland, Oregon in 1976 and currently live in La Center, Washington, about 25 miles north of Portland. During my career, I have worked extensively in the boating and yachting industry, published a monthly senior publication, and owned an advertising and publishing company. I am currently publsher of a monthly publication aimed at the 50-plus market in Vancouver, Washington, a website for the 50-plus Northwest market. I have been married for 30 years. It was interesting to read about everyone's lives.

E-mail: themillertribe@hotmail.com 		It was great to see the Beach Party photos. I'm mobile these days so you'd think I could have gotten there but had to be on east coast for family function. South Dakota is our permanent mailing address but we are really "on the road"- known as Full Time RVers. My husband and I along with Kiva, our lab, live in our 38 ft 5th wheel and move along as the whim dictates. We have truly enjoy the life and since our kids and grandkids have located themselves coast to coast this allows us to spend extended time with all of them. We've been on the road for three years now and feel like we've only scratched the surface as far as seeing this whole country of ours but have enjoyed all the sightseeing we've done. Daughter, Amy, is married with two children living in Great Lakes, ILL (her husband is career Navy so who knows where they'll be next - they were in Italy for 4 years so we managed two trips over there). Daughter, Kay is married with no children, living in Half Moon Bay and works for NASA. Our son, Brian is married with two children and they live in Leesburg, Virginia about an hour from Washington DC. We also have one step-granddaughter in Lancaster, Calif. So, our lifestyle suits us. Before hitting the road I was still active with acting and clog dancing so I do miss that some but life is a series of chapters and this is our chapter now. I enjoy photography and scrapbooking and my husband, Jim, and I endulge in bowling and hiking as often as possible. Hope to make the 2013 reunion. God Bless.

Juggling a full client load with writing educational books and dvd’s, teaching, taking away pain, leading study tours to the Pacific Rim ~ and passionately loving what I am doing ~ making a difference in the world ~ my way. in catering and wedding planning keeps me hopping
on the weekends. I even RSVP's but one of my
weddings went late!! Anwways, I work at the
Long Beach Queen Mary, have had a long and fun
life in the Hotel industry!! ($59.00 Employee
rates in Paris anyone????!!!) Life for me has
been so much more than I ever imagined. I have
a fantastic 31 year old daughter that is a
College Professor (can you even imagine me
producing something like that!!!) Have been
best frends with Cheryl Fallon (Haney) all
these years!! Was married - but now happily
divorced!! Over the past 3 years have signed
on for the ride of my life - rejoining the
Kingsmen Alumni Drum Corps - and practiced
and partied like rock stars and appeared at

E-mail: julie@desertrail.net 		I was very shy in High School. I only had a few very dear friends that I am still somewhat in contact with today. I will enjoy meeting you all again. It will seem like the first time in a lot of ways. After HS, I went to some college and settled down. I have worked for the Phone Company in all its different names for over 32 years. My husband and I are planning our retirement in Bouse, AZ and have just built a house there. We still have a few more years working but spend time camping, desert riding, and with Grandkids and with each other.

E-mail: WSmittee@roadrunner.com 		I've put this off for months. I'm so impressed with the places that so many people have lived! I have never (and probably will never) live any where other than So. Cal. I graduated from CSUF in '73. Went to CSUN to get a teaching credntial for deaf ed. I was offered a job by the State before I finished the credential. I was tired of being a "broke" college student so I took the job. I never went back to school and never regretted it. While I was at CSUN, I met my husband, Warren. We were married on the bicentenial, yes on the 4th of July, so we just celebrated our 32nd anniversay. We have a son, Russell, 25 and a daughter, Renee, 22. I quit my state job in 1988, and got involved in the kids lives. Since Renee graduated from HS I have been doing a litte volunteer work, reading and trying to organize our house.
